A fixed rate covers the 6 nights from Saturday 21st July to Thursday 26th July, for a caravan, motor home or a tent. Please note that individual nights are not available. For 2012 prices remain as follows:


Up to 4 people - £170

Additional Person - £30 each, up to a maximum of six

Awning or Gazebo - £20

Additional Night - £30

Electric hook ups are not available.


To book a pitch, please follow these simple steps:


A. Calculate the total amount payable based on the prices above.

B. Download, print out and fill in the booking form by clicking on the link below.

C. Complete BOTH Parts of the form in full. Please include your email address. Return PART 1 to the address below, enclosed with full payment by cheque made payable to 'White House Campsite'.

D. You must BRING PART 2 of the form with you in order to enter the site.

E. By booking a pitch you agree to the terms and conditions on this page. Any outstanding payment must be paid in full upon arrival before entry will be allowed.

Wristbands


Wristbands will be issued to every person upon arrival. You MUST wear a wristband in order to come back onto the site. Do not lose your wristband.


If your wristband comes off, take it to the site office with your booking details to exchange it for a new one.


Cancellations


All cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation is received before Friday 1st June 2012, we will refund 75% of the total paid. If cancellation is received between Friday 1st June and Friday 29th June, we will refund 50% of the total amount. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after Friday 29th June.


Please note that for 2012, swapping of car passes or wristbands will not be permitted.


Please do not book with us if you plan to swap your pitch with anyone else at any point during the week.  Bookings cannot be transferred to a 3rd party.

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings:


  1. 1.Check the berthage of your caravan, tent or motor home and do not exceed it. No sleeping in cars or in awnings.

  2. 2.All details that you provide on the booking form must be accurate. You must provide the names of all people in your group at the time of booking.

  3. 3.The additional person charge listed above applies to a fifth or sixth additional person. No more than six people will be admitted as part of any single booking.

  4. 4.Swapping of passes will not be permitted. Do not book a pitch if you intend to swap occupants during the week.

  5. 5.The management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at any time. Bookings for groups of young people will not be accepted, and parental supervision is required for anyone under 18 years of age.

  6. 6.No vehicles or generators are to be used on the site between 10pm and 8am.

  7. 7.One vehicle is allowed on each pitch. One further vehicle can be parked in an adjacent field at £5 per day, or £20 for the whole week, which is payable upon arrival.

  8. 8.For safety reasons, no vehicles will be allowed onto the main campsite after 10pm.  After 10pm, vehicles will be parked in a designated area and not adjacent to your pitch.

  9. 9.The management accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal property. All vehicles, caravans and tents are parked at the risk of the owner.

  10. 10.Since dogs are not allowed onto the Showground, dogs are not permitted at White House Campsite during Royal Welsh Show week (other than guide dogs).

  11. 11.No open alcoholic drinks are to be carried around the site.

  12. 12.Ensure that you have a working fire extinguisher in your caravan, motor home or tent.

  13. 13.All rubbish must be put in a bin bag and sealed. Please place in the skip provided.

  14. 14.If you have any questions when you are on site, please help our staff by having your booking number to hand when you go to the site office.
